Quality Manager for Rail Tunnel Project - Remote

Overview

Arcadis seeks an experienced Quality Manager to join our team for a significant rail tunnel project in the New York / New Jersey area. In this role, will play a crucial role in ensuring the project meets the necessary quality standards, adheres to regulatory requirements, and achieves the FTA's Safety and Security certification for transit facilities and infrastructure.

In Short

• Prepare and implement a quality plan aligned with client requirements and FTA regulations.
• Review and evaluate contractor's quality and testing plans.
• Monitor contractor's work for compliance with standards and requirements.
• Coordinate and oversee testing and inspection processes.
• Conduct audits to verify effective implementation of quality plans.
• Organize documentation for compliance with FTA certification processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management for large public transportation projects.
• Advanced certifications (CQM/CQE) from reputable organizations.
• Familiarity with FTA Safety and Security certification processes.
