Quality Manager (m/f/d) BMW Project - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Quality Manager (m/f/d) to develop measures for planning, controlling, and optimizing processes based on specified requirements at BMW.

In Short

• Responsible for quality assurance and control to ensure the highest standards.
• Conduct risk assessments for various vehicle components and implement corresponding action plans.
• Plan, organize, and moderate meetings, collaborating with external auditors.
• Create meaningful reports and analyses and present them effectively.
• Professionally prepare and design presentations for internal and external target groups.
• Organize committees and working groups, planning agendas and coordinating decisions.

Requirements

• Completed Master's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Ideally, relevant professional experience in a comparable field.
• Strong communication skills characterized by assertiveness and diplomacy.
• Outgoing personality with a passion for constructive discussions.
• Confident and self-assured demeanor in challenging situations.
• Very good German and fluent English skills.
