Overview

The Business Support Specialist at Millennium Systems International is responsible for handling client inquiries, troubleshooting product and training-related questions, and providing superior customer service in a remote environment.

• Remote full-time position with a focus on customer support.
• Work hours are M-F 11:30AM to 8:15PM EST and Sat 9:00AM-5:45PM EST.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Associates Degree with 2 years of experience.
• Ability to type greater than 35 wpm.
• Reliable ISP for remote work.
