In Short

Provide comprehensive support to leadership team
Assist with sales and marketing initiatives
Manage calendars and schedule meetings
Handle email correspondence
Prepare reports and presentations
Research and identify potential leads
Support field sales representatives
Create and maintain Excel reports
Assist in creating B2B marketing materials
Support data-driven decision making

Requirements

Strong proficiency in Excel
Proven experience in executive or administrative support
Excellent written communication skills
Experience in data analysis and reporting
Background in business support or operations
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Computer with Intel i5 or similar
Headset with noise cancellation
Ability to balance multiple priorities
Detail-oriented and organized
