Overview

As a Direct Account Manager, you’ll help physicians and other healthcare professionals secure the protection they need to practice with confidence while growing MIEC’s presence across our medical professional liability portfolio.

In Short

• Drive new business by prospecting and selling MIEC medical professional liability products.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and represent MIEC at industry events.
• Execute the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding.
• Prepare underwriting submissions with colleagues in Underwriting.
• Partner cross-functionally to improve sales workflows and monitor market trends.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing and lead generation in healthcare or professional liability.
• Strong consultative selling skills.
• Organized and metrics-minded with CRM experience.
• Proactive and independent worker.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
