Technical Product Manager - Sportsbook Enablement - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager (Sports Enablement) to own the systems, APIs, and tooling that empower the Sports UX team to deliver exceptional experiences to our players.

In Short

• Enable the Sports UX Roadmap: Build and evolve the technical capabilities that allow the Sports UX team to ship impactful user-facing features.
• Drive Market Depth: Lead integrations with third-party data providers to expand market variety, live pricing, and dynamic trading content.
• Develop Internal Tooling: Own and deliver back-office systems that empower traders, risk, and operations teams to work efficiently.
• Collaborate with Engineering: Partner with backend, data, and DevOps teams to ensure scalable and performant systems.
• Bridge Internal and External Needs: Translate UX requirements and trading needs into scalable APIs and internal tooling.
• Ensure Reliability: Define observability, monitoring, and operational processes to ensure our sportsbook runs smoothly 24/7.
• Advocate for Technical Excellence: Balance rapid delivery with maintainable, extensible architectures.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sports UX PMs, trading, data, and product leadership to align on dependencies and outcomes.
• Identify Opportunities for Automation: Build frameworks that reduce manual overhead in market creation, odds adjustment, and live operations.

Requirements

• You have a strong understanding of Sports trading platforms.
• You’ve played a key role in shipping complex platform or API-driven systems that enable B2C product teams to deliver great user experiences.
• You have experience integrating third-party sports data providers.
• You’re comfortable designing and managing tooling for trading and operations teams.
• You can work cross-functionally between engineering and UX product teams, translating between technical and user-facing goals.
• You have experience with APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• You’re motivated by delivering impact to both end-users and internal stakeholders.
• You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing short-term delivery with long-term scalability.
• Experienced in sportsbook operations, trading platforms, or real-time data systems.
• You have familiarity with AI-driven automation or personalisation.
