Overview

Western National Insurance Group is seeking a Loss Control Consultant to join their team, focusing on completing loss control surveys and providing risk management solutions.

In Short

• Manage loss control assignments to improve risk and safety.
• Analyze operations and exposures of various risks.
• Utilize knowledge of codes and standards in loss control surveys.
• Identify risk improvement opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with underwriters and agencies.
• Participate in department meetings and projects.
• Provide consulting services to an assigned book of business.
• Demonstrate strong customer experience standards.
• Identify process efficiencies in loss control.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems.
• Strong time management and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in insurance or safety.
• Proficiency in risk evaluations and safety standards.
• Effective communication skills.
• Continuing education certifications (CSP, ARM, CRM, etc.) preferred.
