In Short

• Implement and manage workflow automation using Control-M.
• Manage file transfers with Control-M MFT Enterprise.
• Monitor and diagnose automated processes.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams.
• Optimize automated processes for efficiency.
• Manage incidents and problems in automated processes.
• Document technical implementations and provide performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or similar fields.
• Experience with Control-M administration and configuration.
• In-depth knowledge of Control-M MFT Enterprise.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with log management and alert configuration.
• Control-M certification preferred.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Zabbix or CheckMK preferred.
• Experience in scripting languages like Shell Script, Python, or Perl preferred.
