Michael Baker International is seeking a Rail Department Operations Lead to oversee the dedicated rail staff that support project delivery for national rail clients across the United States.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in rail and transit.
• Knowledge of Class I, Amtrak, or regional rail agencies.
• Professional Engineering (PE) License preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to leverage existing client relationships.
• Experience with Oracle-based resource management platforms.
• Dedication to high-quality engineering services.
