California Bridge and Structures Lead - Remote

Overview

The California Bridge Lead will support the development and implementation of innovative business strategies for Michael Baker's bridge practice in California, managing large contracts and establishing strategic relationships with clients.

• Lead and manage bridge engineering services on high visibility projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• California P.E. required, California S.E. preferred.
• 20+ years of design-build experience.
• Track record of successful project delivery for transportation projects.
• Familiarity with Caltrans standards.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and leadership drive.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplined teams.
• Excellent client relationship skills.
• Background in business development and proposal writing.
