Overview

The Manager, Integrity & Compliance is responsible for leading and directing compliance strategies within the Trinity Health system, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and operational excellence.

• Lead and guide compliance strategies for Trinity Health.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in health care compliance or consulting.
• Thorough understanding of health care legal and regulatory practices.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
• Experience with Medicare and third-party payer regulations.
• Knowledge of Patient Driven Payment Models and related requirements.
• AHIMA, AAPC, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Ability to solve complex problems impacting business direction.
