Overview

The Ultrasound Technologist Trainee (Student) is responsible for operating Ultrasound and Non-Invasive Vascular equipment under the supervision of a registered Ultrasound Technologist, contributing to patient care and quality standards in a healthcare setting.

  • Work under the supervision of a registered Ultrasound Technologist.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an Ultrasound/Sonography college program.
  • 0-1 years of Ultrasound education experience.
  • Ability to prepare complex written materials.
  • Effective verbal communication skills.
  • Registered Radiologic Technologist certification preferred.
  • Physical ability to perform medium work and respond to emergencies.
  • Close visual acuity for patient assessment and data analysis.
  • Ability to handle exposure to body fluids and hazardous materials.
  • Commitment to high standards of care.
  • Team-oriented and compassionate attitude towards patient care.
