Overview

As a Junior Success Manager, you will support the growth and success of our publisher partners, primarily in the EMEA region. You will manage a portfolio of publishers, ensure smooth onboarding, monitor performance, and support optimization efforts in close collaboration with senior managers. This role is a great opportunity to start or grow your career in digital marketing and AdTech, gaining hands-on experience with analytics, client management, and monetization strategies.

In Short

  • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with publishers in the market
  • Perform daily monitoring and maintain a steady flow of traffic from clients
  • Conduct optimization to achieve a positive revenue balance or minimize losses from cooperation
  • Maintain constant communication with publishers to support them and respond to client needs
  • Negotiate new monetization opportunities and potential tests of new monetization solutions
  • Work in close cooperation with internal teams globally, both within the department and cross-departmentally

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role within the digital media or online publishing sector
  • Good relationship management and customer service skills, dedicated to exceeding client expectations.
  • Strong communication skills, efficient interaction with different personality types
  • Basic understanding of the digital market
  • Good analytical abilities to gather business insights by monitoring and interpreting data trends
  • Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, International Relations, International Business, Communications preferred but not required)
  • Knowledge in CRM software and MS Excel or Google Sheets
