Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you will focus on market analysis, targeted prospecting, and closing deals with new supply partners.

In Short

  • Systematically map the market to identify suppliers that match the business and technical requirements of our API, Native, and HB projects.
  • Initiate selective, high-quality contact with potential partners; present our technical capabilities and business value effectively.
  • Lead the communication process, negotiate commercial terms, and secure the signing of the partnership agreement.
  • Ensure a seamless transfer of the signed partner to the Account Manager and Technical teams for onboarding and integration.
  • Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in HubSpot CRM.
  • Work closely with the BDM Lead to ensure targeted supply sources align with the department’s broader strategy.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on business development, lead generation, and partner acquisition.
  • Solid understanding of the digital advertising landscape, specifically regarding traffic sources, ad formats, integration types (Native, API, Header Bidding/Prebid, RTB).
  • Proven ability to conduct deep market research to identify valid opportunities and traffic sources.
  • Ability to identify the right decision-makers and tailor pitches to specific potential partners.
  • Proven track record of moving opportunities from initial contact to contract negotiation and signing.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to adapt strategies to changing industry trends.
  • Advanced English, Fluent Ukrainian.
