Overview

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and coordinating projects for our government clients from initiation through to successful completion. Your role will encompass strategic planning, resource management, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and overall project execution.

  • Collaborate with government clients to understand project objectives, scope, and requirements.

  • Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and compliance standards.
  • Continuously evaluate project performance and implement improvements.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
