Overview

As a founding member of our technical support organization, you will be on the front lines providing world-class customer service. You will become an expert on our product and partner closely with Metronome's engineers, customer success team, and our customers' developers.

In Short

  • Provide technical guidance to customers’ developers on best practices for integrating with our APIs.
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate with customer context to the engineering team.
  • Develop internal tools to automate customer workflows.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive knowledge base for customer support.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Provide feedback to influence product roadmap.
  • Work collaboratively with engineers and customer success teams.
  • Help improve product through customer interactions.
  • Foster an inclusive and fun work environment.
  • Ensure customer success with Metronome's integration.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or engineering.
  • Experience writing scripts or internal tools using APIs.
  • Functional knowledge of SQL.
  • Familiarity with Typescript, Python, or Ruby.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Customer empathy and problem-solving mindset.
