Procurement Analyst/Tender Manager - Remote

Overview

The role of the Procurement Analyst/Tender Manager is to ensure effective and efficient transactions related to sourcing services, building supplier relationships, assisting in cost negotiations, and managing RFx events to support supplier selection.

In Short

• Lead Source to Award and Contract Management
• Manage RFx processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP)
• Handle e-sourcing activities in ERP systems
• Set up and manage e-sourcing events
• Collaborate with Global Procurement teams
• Administer RFx creation and evaluation
• Ensure timely processing of procurement requests
• Monitor and resolve incoming issues
• Support various procurement projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields
• 4–8 years of procurement and sourcing experience
• Familiarity with Source to Contract processes
• Experience with eSourcing project planning
• Strong understanding of procurement systems
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English; knowledge of another language is a plus
• Process improvement certifications are desirable
• Willingness to travel within Europe
