Overview

The Customer Success Manager will provide leadership and guidance on the Metrc platform, focusing on optimizing inventory management processes and enhancing customer experience in a fast-growing technology company.

In Short

  • Manage and grow Metrc State programs to a world-class standard.
  • Foster client-agency relationships through frequent communication.
  • Provide insights into practices across client agencies.
  • Generate documentation for State processes and Custom Development Requests.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing departments for effective messaging.
  • Ensure timely delivery of documentation and services during program implementation.
  • Monitor reported issues to encourage compliant behavior.
  • Maintain oversight of Metrc environment configurations.
  • Demonstrate Metrc system offerings to client agencies.
  • Maintain project management tools and assist with meeting preparations.

Requirements

  • Two+ years in Software within an Account Management/Customer Success role.
  • College degree or equivalent working experience.
  • Preferred experience with government projects.
  • Preferred background in regulated cannabis industry and government policies.
  • Frequent travel required (30% to 50% of work time).
