In Short

  • Provide consistently high-quality technical service to customers.
  • Deliver actionable product suggestions to our engineering team.
  • Strengthen the team through clear documentation and peer training.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tickets spanning every layer of the network stack.
  • Manage and support complex customer networks, almost entirely remotely.
  • Identify and document product bugs with clear reproduction steps.
  • Create well-structured feature requests based on customer needs.
  • Build and maintain documentation that shortens resolution time.
  • Act like an owner and share expertise with the team.
  • Adapt to constant changes in priority with an active ticket queue.

  • Analytical and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
