• Initiate all quote requests from Solution Design Specialists and external customers.
• Ensure all requests have required information and are within the company’s standard for margin.
• Provide customer service by establishing positive relationships with customers.
• Assist Solution Design Specialists with system-related questions.
• Verify proper use of customer purchasing cooperatives.
• Estimate freight and installation costs for qualifying projects.
• Maintain the standard metric of response time for all quote requests.
• Work directly with ATC vendors to maintain accurate pricing.
• Assemble and submit ATC bid and proposal requests.
• Complete vendor forms from current and new customers.
