Core Integration Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Core Integration Specialist who has an aptitude and/or experience with programming and enjoys client interaction. You will use your technical expertise to triage and troubleshoot Core Integration-related issues for our clients and coordinate with staff and internal resources to ensure that support tickets are resolved in a timely manner.

In Short

• Manage backlog and update clients and staff.
• Participate in technical workshops with clients.
• Gather Core Integration requirements from clients.
• Analyze business workflows and provide custom solutions.
• Document client requests in the internal knowledgebase.
• Troubleshoot and identify solutions rapidly.
• Help peers understand Core Integration requirements.
• Perform other projects/duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Aptitude for learning new programming languages.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Passion for learning and teaching others.
• Bachelor’s degree w/ GPA of 3.5 or higher or relevant experience.
• 1+ years in customer-facing roles, preferably in IT/Fintech.
• Familiarity with VB.NET, C#, or Java.
