The Fundraising Operations and Management Officer is responsible for strengthening, standardizing, and evolving fundraising operations, ensuring fundraising teams are well-supported through clear onboarding, strong documentation, effective systems, and reliable operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.
• Familiarity with U.S. charitable registration and fundraising regulatory requirements.
• Experience analyzing and documenting compliance or operational requirements.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex information into clear guidance.
• Project management skills are a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and M365 tools.
• Excellent written, verbal, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
