Overview

Mercor is seeking native Italian speakers who are also finance professionals based in Italy. This role combines your financial analysis and investment expertise with language mastery, helping train cutting-edge AI models in the finance domain.

In Short

• Translate, adapt, and synthesize complex financial concepts for AI training.
• Write fluently in both Italian and English with precise financial terminology.
• Provide cultural and financial insights specific to Italian markets.
• Collaborate with reviewers and peers to refine content and validate accuracy.
• Work remotely and asynchronously on your own schedule.
• Contribute at least 20 hours per week for around 2 months.
• Submit your resume and complete an AI-led interview process.
• Participate in a paid work trial to assess suitability for the role.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Italian and strong written/spoken English.
• Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–6+ years of professional experience in finance or related sectors.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with grading or instructional design is a plus.
• Familiarity with generative AI models is a bonus.
