Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and strategically minded Content Specialist to lead the development of innovative and engaging GenAI-driven content. In this six-month contingent role, you will craft compelling character narratives and user experiences that resonate across our platforms and ecosystem. The ideal candidate possesses strong editorial instincts, outstanding writing and editing skills, and a deep understanding of both AI technologies and cultural storytelling.

In Short

  • Provide creative guidance and direction on AI character development, editorial narratives, and content strategy
  • Collaborate with Indonesian creators and APAC-based studios to develop culturally resonant GenAI experiences
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—including engineering, product, and design—to deliver high-quality content and refine product interactions
  • Build subject matter expertise in GenAI tools, character platforms, and multimodal content systems
  • Design, prompt, and refine scalable content production pipelines, including asset generation, storyboarding, and creative proposals
  • Analyze content performance, implement optimizations, and support partners and designers in prompt development and modeling best practices

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Indonesian and English
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with internal and external creative teams
  • Proven track record of content development, marketing, or localization for the Indonesian/APAC market
  • Excellent editorial judgment and narrative storytelling capabilities
  • Hands-on experience with prompt design, visual/multimodal asset creation, and tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects independently
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and time management abilities
  • Experience delivering high-quality content within tight timelines
