Project Manager IV - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to support T&E (Travel and Expense) and Payments-related initiatives. This role focuses on project management, process and program improvement, and coordinating cross-functional and vendor-related activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational expertise and operational excellence to enhance financial systems and processes.

In Short

• Develop and implement robust strategies for Global Expense, Cards, and Payment programs.
• Drive the adoption and optimization of corporate card programs.
• Support Request for Proposal (RFP) initiatives.
• Oversee and manage outsourced operations.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings with vendors and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8+ years of business experience, including at least 5 years in Finance Operations.
• Proven ability to excel in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with data tools and platforms, including Concur, Oracle, and Excel.
• Demonstrated success in leading projects and managing multiple demands.
• Track record of process improvements through innovation.
• Experience working with cross-functional partners.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance aspects of financial management is a plus.
• Strong investigative skills and ability to self-serve.
• Experience leading outsourced teams and managing supplier relationships.
