Overview

Mercor is seeking native French speakers who are also education professionals based in France. This role combines your teaching and education expertise across a wide variety of different subjects with language mastery, helping train cutting-edge AI models in the education domain.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in French with strong written and spoken English.
• Advanced degree in Teaching, Pedagogy, or a related field.
• 2–6+ years of professional experience teaching in France.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience delivering and creating assessments is highly desired.
• Experience with rubric development is a plus.
• Familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts is a bonus.
