Finance Content Developer (Korean Speaker) - Remote

Overview

Mercor is seeking native Korean speakers who are also finance professionals based in Korea. This role combines your financial analysis and investment expertise with language mastery, helping train cutting-edge AI models in the finance domain.

In Short

• Translate, adapt, and synthesize complex financial concepts for AI training.
• Write fluently in both Korean and English with precise financial terminology.
• Provide cultural and financial insights specific to Korean markets.
• Collaborate with reviewers to refine content and ensure accuracy.
• Work remotely and asynchronously on your own schedule.
• Contribute at least 20 hours per week for around 2 months.
• Submit resume and complete AI-led interviews for assessment.
• Complete a paid work trial to determine suitability for the role.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Korean and strong English skills.
• Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 2–6+ years of experience in finance or related sectors.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in financial writing or instructional design is valued.
• Experience with grading or rubric development is a plus.
• Familiarity with generative AI models is a bonus.
