Bilingual Education Content Developer - Remote

Overview

Mercor is seeking native Spanish speakers who are also education professionals based in Spain, Mexico, Central America, or South America. This role combines your teaching and education expertise across a wide variety of different subjects with language mastery, helping train cutting-edge AI models in the education domain.

In Short

• Translate, adapt, and synthesize complex nuances in education workflows.
• Write fluently in both Spanish and English.
• Provide cultural insights specific to Latin American education systems.
• Collaborate with reviewers to refine content and validate accuracy.
• Remote and asynchronous role with flexible scheduling.
• Commit to contributing at least 20 hours per week.
• Expected duration of around 2 months.
• Work in a structured project environment.
• Submit resume and complete AI-led interviews.
• Complete a paid work trial before onboarding.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Spanish and strong English skills.
• Advanced degree in Teaching, Pedagogy, or related field.
• 2–6+ years of teaching experience in Latin America.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with rubric development is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts is a bonus.
