Medical Content Developer - French Speaker - Remote

Overview

Mercor is seeking native French speakers who are also medical professionals based in France. This role combines your clinical expertise with language mastery, helping train cutting-edge AI models in the healthcare domain.

In Short

• Translate, adapt, and synthesize complex medical concepts for AI training.
• Write fluently in both French and English.
• Provide cultural and medical insights specific to French healthcare.
• Collaborate with reviewers and peers to refine content.
• Work remotely and asynchronously on your own schedule.
• Contribute at least 20 hours per week for a commitment of around 2 months.
• Experience in medical practice, research, or healthcare-related fields is required.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
• Experience with grading or instructional design is a plus.
• Familiarity with generative AI models is a bonus.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in French and strong English skills.
• Advanced degree in a healthcare field (MD, Nursing, Pharmacy, etc.).
• 2–6+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Ability to work in a structured project environment.
