Italian Education Content Developer - Remote

Overview

Mercor is seeking native Italian speakers who are also education professionals based in Italy. This role combines your teaching and education expertise across a wide variety of different subjects with language mastery, helping train cutting-edge AI models in the education domain.

In Short

• Translate and adapt educational content reflecting Italian curriculum standards.
• Write fluently in Italian and English with precise education terminology.
• Provide cultural insights into the Italian education system.
• Collaborate with peers to refine content and ensure accuracy.
• This is a remote and asynchronous role with flexible scheduling.
• Contribute at least 20 hours per week for around 2 months.
• Engage in a structured project environment with clear goals.
• Submit a resume and complete AI-led interviews for assessment.
• Participate in a paid work trial to evaluate work suitability.
• Receive feedback and onboarding if selected.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Italian and strong English skills.
• Advanced degree in Teaching, Pedagogy, or related field.
• 2–6+ years of teaching experience in Italy.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience creating assessments is highly desired.
• Experience with rubric development is a plus.
• Familiarity with generative AI models is a bonus.
