German Education Content Developer - Remote

Overview

Mercor is seeking native German speakers who are also education professionals based in Germany. This role combines your teaching and education expertise across a wide variety of different subjects with language mastery, helping train cutting-edge AI models in the education domain.

In Short

• Translate and adapt educational content reflecting German curriculum standards.
• Write fluently in both German and English.
• Provide cultural insights specific to the German education system.
• Collaborate with peers to refine content and ensure accuracy.
• Work remotely and asynchronously on your own schedule.
• Commit to at least 20 hours per week for around 2 months.
• Participate in a structured project environment with clear goals.
• Submit your resume and complete AI-led interviews.
• Complete a paid work trial to assess suitability for the role.
• Receive feedback and onboarding to the project.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in German with strong English skills.
• Advanced degree in Teaching, Pedagogy, or related field.
• 2–6+ years of teaching experience in Germany.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with rubric development is a plus.
• Familiarity with generative AI models is a bonus.
