This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home in Greece while providing exceptional service to our Italian-speaking clients. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their inquiries related to our online services, ensuring they receive the support they need to maximize their experience.

In Short

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Italian through various communication channels including email, chat, and social media
  • Assist clients in navigating our online platforms and services, providing guidance and solutions to enhance user experience
  • Document client interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records in our customer support system
  • Collaborate with other departments to address complex client issues and ensure prompt resolution
  • Proactively seek feedback from clients to identify areas of improvement and contribute to service enhancements
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Generate reports and insights based on client feedback and inquiries to assist in strategic initiatives
