Overview

The Accounts Operations Specialist is responsible for all aspects of investment account servicing and problem solving for high net worth clients and intermediaries, with a focus on client service and custodian interaction.

In Short

• Submit and follow up on client requested money movements.
• Review and delegate tasks to traders and account operations team.
• Audit accounts for unusual withdrawals.
• Facilitate new account funding and troubleshoot issues.
• Resolve deposit issues with custodians.
• Partner with accounting to process management fees.

• Manage client documentation and mailings.
• Maintain positive relationships with custodians.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
• Prior experience in financial services preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong ability to prioritize and troubleshoot.
