Marketing Coach (VP+) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for senior leaders in demand generation/growth marketing roles who value learning, growth, and community and who are passionate about developing and coaching people in their field.

In Short

• Provide 1:1 coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve coaching abilities.
• Communicate with members via Mento email or chat.
• Share coaching tools and insights within the Mento community.
• Act with kindness, respect, and empathy as an ambassador of Mento.
• Must have 20+ years of experience in demand generation/growth marketing.
• Passionate about helping people advance in their careers.
• Comfortable in a constantly-changing startup environment.
• Dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month to coaching.
• This is a contract position with hourly pay and bonuses.

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience managing marketing teams.
• Coaching certification is a plus but not required.
• Self-aware with a high emotional IQ.
• Excited about growing coaching skills.
• Available for a minimum of 18 months.
• Must be based in North America or Europe.
