Product Design Coach (VP+) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for senior leaders in product design roles who value learning, growth, and community and who are passionate about developing and coaching people in their field.

In Short

• Provide 1:1 coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve coaching abilities.
• Communicate with members via Mento email or chat.
• Share coaching tools and insights within the Mento coaching community.
• Act with kindness, respect, and empathy as an ambassador of the Mento community.
• Must have 20+ years of experience in product design leadership.
• Willing to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month for coaching.
• This is a contract position with hourly pay and potential bonuses.
• Must be based in North America or Europe.
• Looking for experienced senior leaders who want to expand their coaching skills.

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience managing product design teams.
• Coaching certification is a plus but not required.
• Passionate about helping people advance in their careers.
• High emotional IQ and self-awareness.
• Comfortable in a constantly-changing startup environment.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 18 months with Mento.
• Must be able to dedicate 3-5 hours per week.
• Willingness to participate in ICF-certified coach training.
• Strong communication skills.
• Growth mindset towards coaching skills.
