Quality Assurance Engineer - International Remote Hire

Overview

MEMX is searching for a QA Engineer to build test scripts to improve coverage on our newly launched equities exchange. A successful candidate will have the potential to write test scripts and help with functional and non-functional QA test activities.

In Short

• Design effective test scenarios in line with business requirements.
• Implement automated testing for all functional areas.
• Maintain test tools and manage non-production environments.
• 5+ years of experience in QA/Software Testing within Financial Services Technology.
• Strong automation skills – preferably Java or Python.
• Strong knowledge of building tests with FIX, Binary, TCP, Multicast protocols.
• Ability to query and compare large datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Work independently as part of a remote team.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or applicable work experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in QA/Software Testing within Financial Services Technology.
• Strong automation skills – preferably Java or Python.

• Ability to query and compare large datasets.
