Intermediate Quality Assurance Engineer - Remote

Overview

As an Intermediate Quality Assurance Engineer at Edify, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, maintaining, evaluating, and assuring the quality and performance of various software system components while supporting and guiding your team.

In Short

• Define quality control processes and integrate them with development.
• Analyze project requirements of low and medium complexity.
• Propose tests for functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop test plans and generate high-level tests.
• Implement frameworks for scheduled tests and execute test cases.
• Verify and report on test case execution results.
• Document technical and process aspects related to daily tasks.
• Contribute to ensuring adherence to the quality control process.
• Issue various reports related to testing and project completion.
• Support team in identifying testing needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance.
• Knowledge of software engineering processes and quality control.
• Experience with automated testing and various testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience with Agile methodologies like SCRUM and Kanban.
• Technical English level B2+.
• Experience with tools like Selenium, Jmeter, and Jenkins.
• Understanding of cloud computing basics (AWS desirable).
• Ability to document processes and technical aspects effectively.
• Experience in test-oriented software development.
