Strategic Finance Associate - Remote

Overview

MEMX is searching for a Strategic Finance Associate to join our team. This role will sit at the intersection of corporate development, strategy, and finance supporting MEMX’s long term business planning.

In Short

• Develop and present actionable financial and strategic recommendations for executive leadership
• Apply structured problem solving and strategic frameworks to evaluate market opportunities and business challenges
• Analyze industry trends, market developments and competitive dynamics across the equities, digital asset and broader market infrastructure landscape
• Support the evaluation and execution of strategic transactions, including investments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field
• 3-5 years plus experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity or venture capital
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills with experience developing business cases and conducting market analyses
• Knowledge of capital markets, market structure or fintech infrastructure
• Analytical, detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
