Senior Analyst, Compliance Program Management - Remote

Overview

The Senior Analyst in Compliance Program Management is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance issues are managed across the enterprise, providing oversight and support for the identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of issues.

In Short

• Support updates to Compliance Issues Management Procedures.
• Act as a subject matter expert in MERLIN (eGRC).
• Assist in reporting and data analytics to develop issue metrics.
• Draft documentation for communication and training activities.
• Oversee quality control processes for data accuracy.
• Support closure of findings against the Compliance Issues Management Program.
• Develop reporting of Compliance owned Issues for executives.
• Propose strategies for managing regulatory compliance issues.
• Engage in transformation changes and projects as needed.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and compliance teams.

Requirements

• Experience in Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, or Internal Audit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of MERLIN Issues Management module is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications, especially Excel.
• Ability to adapt to changing initiatives.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail.
