Overview

The Release Train Engineer III is responsible for managing and optimizing the flow of value through releases, utilizing Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, and facilitating various planning and synchronization meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Coach, Product Manager, or Scrum Master.
• Certified SAFE Release Train Engineer or Certified Scrum Master.
• 7+ years of Agile-related experience.
• 3+ years of experience coaching multiple Agile teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile management tools.
• Ability to resolve complex problems and provide innovative solutions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth expertise in Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
