Product Group Technology Lead II - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of our end-user computing (EUC) environment, supporting desktop, laptop, mobile (BYOD), virtual desktops, published applications, and remote access services.

In Short

• Lead the design and implementation of a scalable EUC environment.
• Manage the software lifecycle of over 4000 desktop applications.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Drive change management in the digital workplace.
• Oversee security patching and compliance for endpoint devices.
• Provide Level 3 support for complex EUC issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Define the EUC technology roadmap.
• Optimize device procurement and asset management.
• Enhance productivity through persona-based computing models.

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience in end-user computing architecture.
• Deep expertise in Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android management.
• Experience in VDI solutions like Citrix and VMware.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and IT risk management.
• Proven leadership and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate; graduate degree preferred.
• Preferred certifications in endpoint administration and virtualization.
