As a Peer Group Leader at NeuGroup, you will facilitate connections between finance professionals and high-level executives, driving valuable exchanges of knowledge and experiences.

• Engage with members to understand their projects and priorities.
• Identify common topics to facilitate meetings.

• Mentor Associate Peer Group Leaders.

• Attend internal meetings in New York City as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance.
• Finance and/or treasury experience with strong technology skills.
• Exceptional writing and speaking capabilities.
• Excellent meeting facilitation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and project management experience.
• Ability to travel up to 30% primarily in the U.S.
