Overview

The Personal Banking Associate at TD Canada Trust is responsible for building relationships with customers and assisting them with their financial needs through a range of banking solutions.

In Short

• Engage customers in day-to-day banking advice and service transactions.

Requirements

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent – post-appointment within 6 months.
• Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and branch software.
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes.
• Strong administration, organizational, and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to influence and handle multiple tasks.
• Dynamic and diligent with a can-do attitude.
