Overview

The Personal Banking Associate at TD Canada Trust is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, guiding them through their financial needs, and promoting banking products and services.

Requirements

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Investment Funds Canada (IFC) certification preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and branch software.
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes.
• Strong administration and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude.
• Experience in customer service.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
