Overview

The Personal Banking Associate at TD Canada Trust is responsible for engaging with customers to provide advice on banking solutions, guiding them to appropriate resources, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent within 6 months.
• Post-secondary degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and branch software.
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
