Overview

The Personal Banking Associate will create exceptional customer experiences and contribute to the overall improvement of branch customer interactions while promoting TD Bank products and services.

Requirements

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent (post-appointment within 6 months).
• Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to educate customers on banking products.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and customer service.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and policies.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
