Requirements

  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong administration and organizational skills.
  • Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to connect with customers in a calm and effective manner.
  • Initiative and ability to exercise discretion in confidential matters.
  • Commitment to a positive and equitable work environment.
  • Dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills.
  • Ability to participate in a diverse and inclusive culture.
