Overview

The Senior Director of Generics for Meitheal's Anesthesia Anti-Infectives, Critical Care and Oncology portfolio plays an instrumental role in providing leadership to ensure the product portfolio is properly positioned and developed to drive both short and long-term financial success.

In Short

• Lead the development of product portfolio plans and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee the development of product promotional strategies.
• Collaborate with various departments to meet product portfolio goals.
• Provide pricing recommendations to maximize product sales.
• Participate in annual budget and forecasting processes.
• Lead execution of new product launches.
• Serve as the portfolio expert for product positioning and performance.
• Develop and maintain product tools and collateral.
• Supervise two Associate Directors and four Product Managers.
• Travel up to 25%.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related discipline.
• At least seven years of experience in the generic pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to integrate multiple data sources into impactful insights.
• High level of business acumen and analysis.
• Strategy development and project management skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build positive working relationships.
• Advanced degree (MBA/MS) preferred.
• Experience with global operating structures preferred.
