Overview

The Veterinary Campus Recruiter at MedVet will partner with the Manager of Talent Acquisition to recruit veterinary professionals, nurture relationships with veterinary schools, and support the growth of the company.

In Short

• Lead the Student Ambassador program, including interviewing and managing ambassadors.
• Conduct virtual group meetings with Student Ambassadors.
• Manage recruitment for the Emergency Clinician Mentorship Program.
• Maintain a database of interns and residents.
• Utilize software tools for outreach and follow-up with candidates.
• Attend veterinary conferences and job fairs, with travel up to 25% annually.
• Conduct virtual happy hours related to the mentorship program.
• Develop monthly reports on budget and recruiting activities.
• Identify new recruiting opportunities and grow existing activities.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop recruiting materials.

Requirements

• Strong recruiting experience, especially in campus recruiting.
• Proficient in MS Office software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
