Category Analyst - Procurement - Remote

Overview

The Category Analyst works collaboratively with various teams to provide support and execute strategies for the Real Estate category, focusing on procurement and vendor management.

In Short

• Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing Manager and other stakeholders.
• Analyze performance and trends in the Real Estate category.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
• Support procurement decisions for real estate projects.
• Execute category strategy and monitor project implementations.
• Participate in supplier meetings and project reviews.
• Perform data analysis to drive business decisions.
• Conduct regular quality checks for data accuracy.
• Demonstrate proficiency in analytical tools.
• Work in-office 4 days a week with 1 day remote.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a business concentration.
• 1-3 years of sourcing management or data analysis experience.
• Knowledge of real estate construction processes and terminology.
• Understanding of sourcing and contracting best practices.
• Analytical skills to manipulate large volumes of data.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
